Birdman And Tyga Working to Settle $10 Million Dollar Lawsuit

It looks like the CEO of Cash Money Records, Birdman is trying to settle all his lawsuit matters, he recently settled the lawsuit with Lil Wayne, now he is moving in the right direction to settle his dispute with former Cash Money/Young Money Artist Tyga in the $10 million dollar lawsuit that was filed earlier this year.

According to Theblast.com, Tyga filed a claim against Cash Money and Young Money earlier this year, accusing them of failing to compensate him for royalties for the albums “Careless World” and “Hotel California” after they parted ways in 2016. Tyga claims he has demanded payment several times but never received anything. He is suing for breach of contract which equates to $10 million in damages.

On October 1st, Birdman team filed for an extension to respond to the lawsuit and requesting to be allowed until the end of October to respond. The request states that Tyga has already agreed to the extension to allow more time to facilitate a settlement discussion.

A Judge has not yet ruled on their decision, we will keep you posted as this story develops.
